Dallas, TX (February 5, 2025) – Odyssey Pets, the 2020-2021 Pet Product News “Retailer of the Year,” is answering the urgent call for supporting animals in need as the harsh winter weather sets in. Partnering with leading pet food manufacturers, the family-owned and operated store spearheaded a significant pet food donation drive to support four vital animal organizations facing critical shortages.
“Recycled Pomeranians and Schipperkes Rescue, Chihuahua Rescue and Transport, The Dallas Cat Lady, and one of our dedicated local cat rehabilitators were all facing dwindling food supplies,” said Sherry Redwine, Owner of Odyssey Pets. “Thanks to the generosity of our partners, we can ensure these animals receive the proper nutrition they need during this crucial time.”
Pets Global, Inc., parent company to the Zignature and Fussie Cat brands available at Odyssey Pets proudly participated in the initiative, donating a substantial 5,000 pounds of high-quality wet and dry dog and cat food.
