Oklahoma City, OK (January 8, 2024) – A1 Pet Emporium, a leading pet retailer in Oklahoma City, successfully concluded its 15th Annual Pet Food Drive, collecting a staggering 25,000 pounds of pet food to benefit local animal rescues focused on serving low-income seniors, veterans, women in shelters, and the homeless. This year’s drive focused on supporting the essential work of the Pet Food Pantry of Oklahoma City and the St. Francis Animal Resource Center in Norman.

The month-long drive, which ran throughout December, aimed to address a critical need in the community, as many low-income pet owners face the difficult choice of feeding themselves or their furry companions. Customers, distributors and pet food manufacturers contributed to the Drive, with Pets Global, Inc., parent company to the Zignature, Fussie Cat, Essence and Inception brands – available at A1 Pet Emporium – generously donating over 13,000 pounds of both dog and cat food.
